This interactive workshop aims to explore the transformative potential of participatory practices within Nebraska's nonprofit sector. Drawing on the insights from our recent study on participatory practices, we will delve into the key findings and open the floor for a dynamic discussion. This session offers a unique opportunity for nonprofits across Nebraska to engage in a collaborative dialogue, sharing experiences, challenges, and aspirations. Through guided activities and group discussions, participants will have the chance to co-create a shared vision for integrating participatory practices at a systems level. Together, we will explore strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement, foster inclusivity, and drive meaningful change within our ecosystem.

By the end of the workshop, participants will gain actionable insights about participatory practices.
