Keele Taylor is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in HR Management. She excels in guiding complex leadership teams, revamping retention strategies, and enhancing talent development to drive positive workforce transformation. Taylor holds certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

As the owner and operator of HR Minded Consulting Services, LLC, Taylor leads a full-service HR firm that is a preferred partner in comprehensive HR and strategic employment compliance. Her executive HR leadership spans multiple industries, including healthcare, information technology, retail, manufacturing, insurance, hospitality, and non-profit sectors.

Taylor is passionate about all aspects of Human Resources. She stays current by providing employment law and HR strategy advice to clients across the Midwest and along the East and West Coasts. She has a special focus on workplace safety and wellbeing, serving as an Authorized OSHA Trainer and a member of the Board of Directors for the Non-Profit Association of the Midlands.

Dedicated to client relations and transformational results, Taylor frequently shares her knowledge through presentations and coaching. In 2023, she presented alongside Gallup’s Dr. Jim Harder at the Business Ethics Alliance’s Annual EthicSpace Conference on Performance Management and at the 2024 Midlands African Chamber Conference on “Digital Disruption and The Future of Work.” As a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, she provides Executive Strengths Coaching for leaders in both profit and non-profit sectors.

Currently selected as a scholar for Goldman Sach’s One Million Black Women in Business, Taylor holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Development and is a recent graduate of NAM’s Non-Profit Executive Institute. Her expertise and passion for Human Resources and Human Capital Management go beyond a marketable skillset; they represent her commitment to influencing positive change in tomorrow’s workplace.
