Strategic planning is often approached as a must-do, but then left behind as an afterthought once done. The Pandemic showcased the need for agile strategic planning – and this session will provide ideas on how to do that along with how to visualize your organization relative to others. With a focus on how to lead and facilitate strategy in your organization, this interactive session will be broken into two parts. The first half of the session will focus on the 'what' behind strategic planning and the second half on the 'how to'. This session will provide guidance on developing an impactful strategic plan that delivers on the organization's vision. We will utilize whole group discussions, a virtual whiteboard, and break-out groups that allow for real-time feedback and networking.
