Join NAM for the 17th Annual Nonprofit Summit of the Midlands on November 2, 2023! Don’t miss out on an opportunity to connect on ideas, best practices, and educational resources with over 300 nonprofit sector leaders from organizations of all sizes and wide-ranging missions. The 2023 theme is Connecting Community to Opportunity and will feature keynote speaker Tiffany Turner-Allen with the Nonprofit Prince George’s County. Ms. Turner-Allen is the Executive Director of Nonprofit Prince George’s County, a Maryland nonprofit that aims to equip and empower nonprofits to better serve communities through advocacy and public policy, collaboration and networking, and education and capacity building. The Annual Nonprofit Summit of the Midlands is an opportunity for local nonprofit leaders, employees, board members, and volunteers to gain professional development, expand professional connections, and grow together benefiting the impact nonprofits make in our local community.

Registration for in-person attendance will close on October 26, 2023.
In-person registrations can be transferred to another individual within your organization if completed at least 3 days prior to the Summit. Please reach out to info@planitincevents.com by October 30, 2023 with their contact information to transfer. Refunds will not be offered to those requesting a different ticket type.
There is no refund of registration fees within 14 days of the event.

Tiffany Turner-Allen
Keynote Workshop: Crushing Eggshells: Boldly Walking
Recognizing the need for social justice reform, she founded Modern Marketing & Media (M3), using her influence and relationships to empower artists and raise awareness in communities of color. Tiffany's work spans public health and education issues, advocating for positive change through various topics, including violence, HIV & AIDS, educational equity, and more.
As a skilled event coordinator, she has organized gatherings of all sizes, collaborating with renowned figures in the entertainment industry. Tiffany holds a BA in Communications with a minor in African-American studies from George Mason University, as well as a Certificate in Community Health Leadership from Morehouse School of Medicine.
Driven by her desire to enhance the lives of others, she now serves as the Executive Director of Nonprofit Prince George's County, a nonprofit coalition, working to educate, advocate for and collaborate with the 180+ members. Doing this and leading while promoting racial equity in her community.
Tiffany takes pride in her roles as a mother, wife, daughter, pet-parent, friend, advocate, activist, trainer, mentor, and mentee. With her proven leadership and dedication, she continues to embrace new opportunities, experiences, and people on her journey to positively impact and uplift others.
