This workshop continues from the keynote theme to share ways that racial inequity manifests in the nonprofit sector.  It seeks to bring about self-awareness and provide space for greater reflection and a roadmap to becoming a healthy ally in this work.  The strategies provided support the idea of walking boldly through these spaces, ultimately crushing eggshells along the way.
