Kimara Snipes, a native of Omaha, serves as the new Executive Director of One Omaha. Ms. Snipes has organized in East Omaha communities since she was a teenager and has continued that work through her involvement with East Omaha neighborhood associations and by serving as president of the South Omaha Neighborhood Alliance. She holds a nonprofit administration certification from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a diversity and inclusion certification from Cornell. In 2016, she was the proud recipient of the One Omaha Emerging Leader award. Ms. Snipes is the president of P4 Innovative Solutions, LLC where her focus is on stakeholder engagement and insight gathering, DEI policy and program design, and more.
