Aleyah Smith (she/her) is an organizer and advocate working to advance equity for Black Women, girls, and femmes as the Policy Fellow at I Be Black Girl, the ONLY reproductive justice organization in the state of Nebraska. Mission-driven and relationship motivated to her core, she spends much of her time in her current role out in the community teaching others about the power they hold and how to make an impact on current systems. It is her mission in life to empower others in an effort to build power in the collective to make a real impact on & in the world.
