Justin has dedicated his entire professional career toward helping families overcome barriers and achieve their goals. For over 20 years, he has worked in the local non-profit sector and has developed an expertise in program management, fund development, outcome measurement, and strategic planning. Justin has spent the majority of his career in the workforce development sector, working to create opportunities to meet both the need of employers as well as job seekers. He is a champion of the nonprofit sector and remains committed to ensuring its vitality in our community. Justin is a proud Omaha native, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Creighton University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at University of Nebraska at Omaha. Justin is also an alum of Leadership Omaha (Class 36) and the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands’ Nonprofit Executive Institute (Class 12).
