The numbers of individuals with autism or other neuro-developmental disorders (ADHD, Learning Disorders, etc.) continue to rise. This population is often misunderstood, marginalized, and/or defined by their disability. Whether considering customers or coworkers, understanding and minor accommodations can create a more inclusive environment that allows for neurodivergent populations' abilities to shine. Attendees will learn what neurodiversity is (and isn't), do and don't's for working with the neurodivergent population, best practices for creating more inclusive practices, and how the benefits of these efforts can benefit ALL.
