Michaela Ahrens is an Omaha native and graduate of Creighton University. She has 30 years of non-profit experience, helping children and families overcome adversity or challenges to reach their full potential. Having a nephew on the spectrum fuels her passion for serving the autism community. She is the Sr. Director of Programs for Autism Action Partnership and has spent the last 6 years championing inclusion efforts in our community. Michaela has a Master’s in Psychology, is a Certified Autism Specialist and member of NEI Class 14.
